We'll discuss your circumstances, explain your options and provide a fixed written quote. You then decide whether to proceed, in your own time, with no pressure.
In most cases, we can arrange a home visit within 2–5 working days. If you need something more urgent — for example, if a family member is seriously unwell — please call us directly and we will do our best to accommodate you as quickly as possible.
There's no need to prepare anything formal. It helps to have a rough idea of what you own (property, savings, investments, life insurance), who you'd like to inherit from you, and who you'd trust to act as your executor. But don't worry — we'll guide you through everything during the visit.
Yes, we regularly visit clients in care homes, nursing homes and hospitals across South Wales. If you're concerned about a relative's capacity or health, please call us to discuss their specific situation. We have experience dealing sensitively with clients who have health challenges, and we always take our time to ensure everyone is comfortable.
For your initial consultation, no ID is required. However, to finalise and sign your will, you'll need to provide proof of identity (e.g. passport, driving licence) and proof of address (e.g. recent utility bill). We'll remind you of exactly what's needed before your signing appointment.
